We are partnering with a growing workforce solutions and staffing business with an established regional presence across Asia.

As part of its continued expansion our client is seeking an experienced staffing leader to support the operational growth and delivery management of its Singapore business.

This position will play a key role in overseeing recruitment delivery operations, managing stakeholder relationships, supporting team performance, and ensuring high service standards across major client accounts.

The role requires a hands-on staffing professional with strong operational leadership capability, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to build and support high-performing recruitment delivery teams within a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the operational delivery of staffing and recruitment solutions across key client accounts

  • Manage and develop recruiters and delivery consultants, driving performance, engagement, and capability development

  • Partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes and service standards

  • Support key account management activities, including stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and escalation management

  • Drive operational efficiency, recruitment process consistency, and delivery excellence across the staffing function

  • Monitor recruitment delivery performance, SLAs, pipeline activity, and fulfilment metrics

  • Support workforce planning and hiring strategies across client accounts

  • Act as a senior escalation point for operational, delivery, or client-related challenges

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational best practices

  • Build a collaborative and accountable team culture focused on responsiveness and delivery quality

  • Mentor and support consultants and team members through coaching and operational leadership

  • Represent the business professionally with clients, candidates, and external stakeholders

  • Work closely with leadership to support the continued growth of the staffing division

Requirements

  • Proven experience within staffing, contract recruitment, or workforce solutions environments

  • Prior experience managing or leading recruitment delivery teams within a staffing business

  • Strong operational leadership and stakeholder management capability

  • Experience managing key accounts, escalations, and high-volume recruitment delivery

  • Strong understanding of staffing workflows, recruitment operations, and service delivery management

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities within a fast-paced environment

  • Commercial awareness with strong client-facing communication skills

  • Experience within staffing or Commerce & Industry recruitment environments

  • Strong mentorship and team development capability

  • Process-driven, organised, and operationally strong

  • Resilient, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating under pressure
