A well-funded and highly specialised executive search firm is seeking a Partner to join their Singapore office as they expand across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

With strong financial backing and a well-established reputation in sports, entertainment, gaming, and consumer industries, this firm focuses exclusively on C-suite retained searches. More agile and connected than larger search firms, they offer a tailored, high-impact approach to executive hiring.

Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Experienced search professional with a background in executive search or a mix of search & contingency within sports, entertainment, gaming, or consumer industries
✅ Proven track record in originating searches and managing key C-suite client relationships across Asia
✅ Strong HR consulting and advisory skills, with deep expertise in executive search
✅ At least 7 years of experience in search
✅ Based in Asia Pacific or open to relocating to Singapore, with an established regional network
