We are currently retained on a mandate to identify a highly experienced Principal-Level Retained Search Specialist to join a globally supported but regionally focused team based in Singapore.

This is a senior-level, originator role where you will be empowered to drive your own book of business. You will have access to inbound opportunities, an established global brand, and a network of specialists across the world, enabling you to deliver high-value, cross-border search solutions.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in retained executive search, ideally at Principal level or above
  • Strong Asia market knowledge and network – this is essential
  • Sector expertise in Commerce & Industry is desirable, though we remain open to other backgrounds
  • A self-starter with a consultative approach and strong client relationship skills
