We’re partnering with a founder-led executive search firm that has spent over 20+ years placing leaders into high-growth technology businesses across Asia-Pacific. The firm holds long-standing, repeat relationships with CROs across the region. Demand is growing, inbound work is surging, and Singapore sits right at the centre of it.

The Opportunity

You’ll recruit sales, commercial and GTM talent for technology businesses across Southeast Asia, often straight off the back of CRO relationships built over decades. Your job is to deliver brilliantly, become a trusted adviser to senior commercial leaders, and grow your own patch from there.

The Singapore team is already well ahead of target, so the bar is high. So is the support.
