We are partnering with a highly respected specialist search firm with an established footprint across the Insurance market, looking to appoint an experienced recruiter to support the continued growth of their regional business.

The business has built a strong reputation within actuarial and insurance markets and is now seeing increasing demand across broader Financial Services, creating a unique opportunity for an experienced recruiter to step into an evolving platform. This role offers the chance to leverage an established client base while building out complementary verticals across Asset Management, Investment Banking, or wider Financial Services.

This role is ideal for someone who wants the autonomy to grow their own desk while benefiting from the credibility, infrastructure, and specialist networks of an established boutique.

The Role

• Build and manage client relationships across Insurance, Asset Management, Investment Banking, and broader Financial Services
• Deliver mid to senior-level search mandates across Asia Pacific and globally
• Leverage existing client relationships and adjacent opportunities
• Develop specialist talent pools and grow your own vertical
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement

About You

• 5–7+ years’ recruitment experience within Insurance, Financial Services, Asset Management, or Investment Banking
• Strong client-facing and business development capability
• Established market knowledge and network within specialist verticals
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and motivated by building long-term value
