Location: Singapore (Regional scope across Asia)

Step into a rare leadership opportunity to build and scale an Asia-wide interim leadership platform. You’ll combine strategic client advisory, business development, and leadership expertise to shape a high-impact practice across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Advise C-suite executives and Boards on leadership gaps, transitions, and transformation initiatives.
• Generate and convert interim leadership assignments across Asia.
• Build and lead a network of top interim executives, mentoring senior consultants along the way.
• Define the platform’s regional strategy, go-to-market approach, and market positioning.

Who You Are

• Experienced in placing interim executives or senior leaders.
• Comfortable engaging with Boards and senior executives.
• Consultative, commercially savvy, and ready to build a regional platform from the ground up.
