We are representing a highly specialised boutique executive search firm with a strong international reputation across the front office space . The firm is now expanding its Buy Side Practice and this role has been created to support that growth.

Not a cold-start role.

You’ll step directly into an existing global client portfolio, active live mandates and established relationships global hedge funds and trading houses. The platform is already operating successfully  you’re adding to it, not building from scratch.

What You’ll Do

• Market mapping and talent identification across Asia financial markets
• Execute retained search mandates end-to-end
• Build and maintain candidate networks across hedge funds and trading markets
• Produce market intelligence and candidate insight for senior clients
• Work closely with senior leadership on live mandates

What They’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in executive search, recruitment or research
• Exposure to hedge fund, buy-side or financial markets recruitment preferred
• Strong research instincts and high attention to detail
• Intellectually curious about financial markets and investing
• Commercially minded with strong relationship-building skills

This will suit someone who wants to build deep expertise in a premium, specialist environment, not chase volume in a high-pressure contingent desk.
