The Opportunity

The firm is growing its Accounting & Finance practice and is seeking experienced 360 recruiters to join their expanding regional team. Depending on your expertise, you will report to either the Financial Services Practice Leader or the Commerce & Industry Practice Leader.

This role is suited for entrepreneurial recruiters who want to own a defined niche in Accounting, Audit, or Finance, working with multinational corporations, financial institutions, start-ups, and PE/VC-backed companies across Asia.

Finance as a discipline is evolving. Professionals are increasingly expected to combine technical accounting expertise with commercial and business partnering skills. The firm is known for identifying and delivering these in-demand hybrid talents.

You will operate in a high-trust environment with access to cross-border collaboration and a full suite of solutions, including retained & executive search, contingent, and interim/contracting.

What You Will Do

• Own a defined Accounting & Finance niche: FP&A, Commercial Finance, Accounting & Reporting, Audit, Treasury, Tax, M&A, or Finance Transformation.
• Specialise by market vertical: Financial Services (banking, insurance, fintech, asset management) or Commerce & Industry (tech, consumer, healthcare, industrial, or PE/VC-backed).
• Grow client relationships: Originate new business, expand existing accounts, and increase share of wallet.
• Deliver full-cycle assignments: Research, market mapping, candidate engagement, offer management, and post-placement follow-up.
• Advise clients and candidates: Provide salary benchmarking, market insights, and talent advisory to strengthen credibility and partnerships.
• Collaborate regionally: Partner with colleagues across Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and EMEA on cross-border mandates and shared clients.

What You’ll Bring

• 360 recruitment experience in Accounting & Finance or adjacent areas such as Audit, Banking, or Corporate Functions.
• Proven ability to generate new business and deepen existing client relationships.
• Strong market knowledge and network across finance and leadership communities.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders — CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of Audit, FP&A, and Controllership.
• Consultative communication style, commercial judgment, and strong follow-through.
• Collaborative mindset and drive to contribute to a high-performing, growth-oriented team.
