As a specialist within Supply Chain & Procurement, you’ll work across industries from Financial Services and Technology to Consumer, Energy, and Industrial sectors, leveraging a well-established regional network and long-standing client relationships.

What You Will Do

• Own a defined niche: Develop expertise across areas such as category management, strategic sourcing, direct/indirect procurement, supply planning, logistics, manufacturing operations, or procurement transformation.
• Grow your business: Originate, pitch, and convert contingent, retained, and contracting recruitment solutions; increase wallet share across existing clients.
• Deliver full-cycle search: From research and market mapping through to shortlisting, offer management, and post-placement engagement.
• Re-engage legacy clients: Rebuild supplier relationships and drive repeatable business through strategic client engagement.
• Build communities: Host meet-ups, produce market updates and salary guides with marketing support, and maintain active candidate networks.
• Collaborate regionally: Partner with colleagues across Asia and EMEA to deliver cross-border mandates and project-based solutions.
• Maintain high standards: Uphold a client-first ethos and disciplined pipeline management.

What You’ll Bring

• 360 recruitment experience within Supply Chain and/or Procurement, either as a specialist or within a broader industry desk.
• Strong business development skills and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and HR partners.
• Commercial versatility to position contingent, retained, and contracting models.
• High EQ, strong communication, and a consultative, relationship-led approach.
• Self-sufficient and disciplined in managing pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data.
• Regional fluency and language skills (e.g., Japanese, Mandarin) advantageous.
