THE ROLE
As Contract Team Manager, you will take full ownership of the contract recruitment function across multiple industry verticals, including Corporate Functions, Technology, and Industrial sectors.
You will inherit an existing team of consultants with a clear mandate to scale headcount and revenue. The role offers genuine progression into a senior leadership reporting line as the function matures.
This is not a turnaround assignment. It is a structured growth mandate within a stable and well-supported environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and grow the contract recruitment business across multiple sectors
Team Management & Development
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of consultants, with a growth plan to scale to
Client & Market Development
- Drive contract solution sales and workforce advisory conversations
IDEAL PROFILE
- Proven experience in contract recruitment, including selling and delivering contracting solutions
- Track record of building and scaling recruitment teams
- Strong commercial acumen
- Confident stakeholder manager across diverse industry sectors
- Resilient, hands-on, and commercially driven
