We’re partnering with a highly respected international executive search firm specialising in the legal sector to appoint an Execution Consultant to join its growing Singapore team.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants who advise many of the world’s leading international law firms across Asia. Rather than spending your time on cold business development, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to live search assignments, learning how to identify exceptional talent, build trusted relationships and become a genuine market specialist.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior consultants, you’ll support retained and contingent search assignments for leading international law firms while developing a deep understanding of the legal market across Asia.

You’ll be involved throughout the recruitment process, from market research and talent mapping through to candidate engagement, interview coordination and offer management.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants on executive search and recruitment assignments.
• Conduct market mapping and identify high-calibre legal professionals.
• Build relationships with candidates across Singapore and internationally.
• Qualify candidates through detailed interviews and career discussions.
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Produce market intelligence and research to support client projects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and candidate pipelines.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Develop into a trusted market specialist through ongoing mentoring and training.

About You

We’re more interested in attitude and potential than a specific career path.

You may come from recruitment, have completed a law degree but chosen a different direction, or have experience within another professional services environment.

Experience

• Approximately 1-3 years’ professional experience.
• Previous recruitment experience is welcomed but not essential.
• An interest in the legal profession or professional services would be advantageous.
• Full working rights in Singapore are required.
