THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced client facing practice leader to support further expansion and growth of their established practice in Kuala Lumpur. This exciting role gives you full ownership to shape the commercial direction, go-to-market strategy, and team structure for this emerging vertical.

You’ll collaborate with an experienced senior leader with over 15 years of industry expertise, driving growth across key sectors such as manufacturing, supply chain, FMCG, and logistics.

IDEAL PROFILE

• Business Development: Proven success in client-facing roles, building and growing accounts.  This is a non negotiable
• Experience: 8+ years in agency recruitment, with leadership exposure preferred.
  
• Industry Exposure: Background in Commerce, Industry, or adjacent sectors (manufacturing, supply chain, corporate functions etc.).
  
• Leadership: Experience in managing or mentoring consultants and building teams.
  
• Cultural Fit: Entrepreneurial, self-driven, client-centric, and a strong team builder.
