What You’ll Do
- 360 Recruitment: Own and grow your desk, winning business and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions within the in-house legal space.
- Candidate Coverage: Place talent from associates to heads of legal across various sectors.
- Market Development: Leverage your network to build long-term client relationships and deepen your market presence.
- Performance Metrics: Drive revenue, ideally generating SGD 500k+ annually as you scale your niche within the in-house segment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Legal Recruiter: 3 to 8 years of legal recruitment experience. In-house recruitment experience is advantageous.
- Focused Specialist: A genuine interest in specialising solely in in-house legal recruitment (no split roles with private practice).
- Consistent Performer: Ideally with a billing track record of at least SGD 400k per year.
- Market Credibility: You know your patch, your candidates trust you, and clients respect your insight.
- Team Player: You value quality, take pride in your work, and thrive in a high-performing, collaborative environment.
- Time spent in-house, or previously recruiting for in-house roles.
- Familiarity with the Singapore/Asia legal market.
- Degree-qualified.
