The Role
As an Investment-Focused Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Build and manage relationships with Private Equity, Investment Banks, and Developers across Asia Pacific.

Run a full 360° recruitment desk, from business development to candidate delivery.

Focus on mandates across Data Centres and Renewables within investment and front-office functions.

Secure retained assignments and manage complex, high-value searches.

Maintain strong market visibility through client meetings, role origination, and candidate engagement.

Progress into leadership with the opportunity to scale a specialist team.

Background in agency recruitment or relevant commercial roles within finance, banking, or investment.

Strong business development capabilities with proven success engaging senior-level stakeholders.
