We are conducting a confidential search for a Practice Lead – Contracting on behalf of an established, globally recognised recruitment group with a growing Singapore presence.
This is an opportunity for an experienced contract recruitment specialist to take full ownership of a specialist contracting desk within a business where the infrastructure, systems, and compliance framework are already firmly in place. The mandate is clear: scale a high-margin contract offering with autonomy and commercial freedom.
THE ROLE
As Practice Lead – Contracting, you will be responsible for building and expanding the firm’s contract recruitment capability in Singapore.
You will inherit an existing contracting book with active contractors and consistent workflow. A fully functioning back-office, contractor care, payroll, and compliance structure is already operational, allowing you to focus on client acquisition, solution design, and revenue growth rather than administrative execution.
The role is industry-agnostic, with a preference for higher-value, specialist contract solutions rather than high-volume delivery. Sector exposure may include corporate functions, finance leadership, compliance, SOW solutions, fractional mandates, and direct contracting models.

- Build and deepen client relationships across specialist verticals

- Proven track record in contract recruitment with strong commercial results
- Experience selling and delivering specialist, higher-margin contracting solutions
- Comfortable owning and scaling a desk or practice
- Recognised specialist within your recruitment niche
- Autonomous, pragmatic, and commercially minded
- Hands-on and client-facing with a strong business development mindset
