We are partnering with a leading global executive search firm to appoint a Principal or Associate Partner to join their Hong Kong-based team, focused on Corporate Functions across the Commerce & Industry sector. This is a high-impact role in a small but growing team with strong internal support and access to regional mandates.

This team specializes in senior-level retained and contingent search, with a significant focus on HR, Finance, and Sales & Marketing leadership roles across Asia. The firm values autonomy, a collaborative mindset, and local expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute senior executive searches across Asia within corporate functions
  • Partner with clients to deliver strategic talent solutions, leveraging the firm’s brand and existing relationships
  • Manage and grow key client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with colleagues across global teams to deliver cross-border assignments
  • Contribute to a culture of mentorship, performance, and integrity

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in executive search or senior recruitment within corporate functions (HR, A&F, or commercial roles)
  • Deep knowledge of the Hong Kong or Greater Bay market; Cantonese language skills or strong local network preferred
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a flat-structured, high-autonomy environment
  • Relationship-driven, with a consultative and commercial approach to recruitment
  • Comfortable managing retained or exclusive contingent search assignments
