We are conducting a search for a Regional Client Solutions to establish and lead the Singapore hub of an Asia-focused search and talent solutions business.
The firm is founder-led, investor-backed, and built by an established operator with deep domain credibility in Life Sciences and FMCG. While the brand is early-stage in Asia, the client relationships, delivery infrastructure, and financial foundations are already in place.
This is a build mandate, not a turnaround.
THE ROLE
As Client Services Manager, you will act as the senior client-facing representative for the region, driving growth through a multi-solution talent model across Life Sciences, FMCG, and adjacent specialist markets.
This is not a purely retained search role. Nor is it a billing-heavy contingent desk.
The focus is on:
- Building long-term regional client partnerships
- Delivering search, contracting, market mapping, and benchmarking solutions
- Positioning the firm as a data-driven, consultative talent partner
- Establishing a sustainable Singapore platform with regional relevance
This role offers the opportunity to become the on-the-ground leader for a regionally backed, investor-supported platform without inheriting legacy complexity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Leadership & Regional Growth
- Act as senior client lead for Singapore and regional Asia
- Own and deepen relationships with HQ-based clients expanding across Asia
- Develop repeat, multi-solution engagements rather than one-off mandates
- Identify cross-border growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Position the firm as a strategic workforce and talent advisory partner
- Solution Design & Delivery Oversight
- Lead structured client discussions across:
- Retained and contingent search
- Contracting and interim solutions
- Market mapping and talent intelligence
- Benchmarking and workforce insights
- Partner closely with an established regional research and delivery team
- Commercial Ownership
- Drive revenue growth across multiple solution lines
- Retain the ability to personally bill and earn commission where appropriate
- Focus on account sustainability and regional expansion over transactional wins
- Contribute to pricing strategy, solution structuring, and margin optimisation
- Platform & Brand Building
- Establish and scale the Singapore presence
- Represent the business at senior client meetings and industry forums
- Contribute to service evolution, productisation, and go-to-market strategy
- Act as a cultural and values ambassador for a high-integrity business
IDEAL PROFILE
You are likely to:
- Bring significant experience in recruitment or talent solutions
- Have strong exposure to Life Sciences, FMCG, or adjacent specialist markets
- Be commercially credible at regional and C-suite level
- Understand both retained and contingent search models
- Be comfortable shaping solutions, not simply executing briefs
- Thrive in autonomous, entrepreneurial environments
- Possess strong Asia market understanding, with Singapore as a base
