This is a rare opportunity to step into a pure execution role within a well-established, niche financial services search firm operating across Asia, with a strong footprint in Singapore and Hong Kong.

The role is built for someone who genuinely enjoys the candidate side of the market – spending time with people, building relationships, and becoming deeply embedded in talent pools across the fixed income space. You’ll be front and centre with candidates, mapping markets, managing senior processes end-to-end, and becoming a trusted advisor within your vertical.

Importantly, this is not a cold business development role. You’ll still be client-facing and involved in search delivery, but without the pressure of generating new business, allowing you to focus on what you do best: execution, candidate engagement, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

You’ll be working closely with a highly respected leader in the financial services search space, known for consistent performance and a strong track record across Asia. The environment is hands-on, commercially sharp, and a genuinely strong place to learn, particularly for someone looking to deepen their expertise in financial services search at a senior level.
