The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Director, Commercial & C-Suite to join the leadership team and take ownership of a mature portfolio of key client relationships across the region.

This is a senior, client-facing role focused on partnership development, account expansion, and strategic leadership—not new business cold-calling or full 360 recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of long-standing enterprise and industrial clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across APAC
  • Mentor and guide a capable team of recruitment consultants
  • Partner closely with the Managing Director to assume broader leadership responsibilities
  • Deepen engagement across key accounts to increase delivery scope and revenue
  • Foster collaboration across the firm to maximise cross-functional opportunities


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in executive recruitment within heavy industry, energy, engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors
  • A relationship-led approach with the ability to engage at C-level and director level
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic, and driven by partnership success rather than volume metrics
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience managing and developing teams
  • Professional maturity: credible, grounded, and highly collaborative
