Our client is a globally established executive search firm with a strong footprint across key markets and an ambitious growth agenda in Asia Pacific, with Singapore positioned as the regional hub. With a team-oriented culture and a commitment to deep expertise, they are expanding their headcount and are on the lookout for a Senior or Principal Consultant to build and lead a vertical in a defined industry space (e.g., Banking, Legal, Risk & Compliance).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and drive full-cycle 360° recruitment – from sourcing Associates through to Partners and in-house roles
  • Build and grow a specific practice area through proactive networking, thought leadership, and market insight
  • Win and deliver on senior-level search mandates by collaborating closely with both candidates and clients
  • Actively contribute to shaping the firm’s presence in Asia, with a strong focus on the Singapore market
  • Operate independently with the support of a global team of 16, including a growing Singapore-based team of 4

What We’re Looking For

  • University degree is essential
  • Candidates with legal training or backgrounds are highly preferred, especially those looking to pivot into search
  • Experience in legal in-house recruitment, private practice, or risk & compliance hiring will be advantageous
  • Track record in delivering senior-level hires with a strategic approach to business development
  • High EQ/IQ, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially astute with the ability to hold tough conversations and negotiate at senior levels
  • Curious, adaptable, and hungry to challenge the status quo
  • Team player with a growth mindset and a collaborative spirit
