We are partnering with a global executive search firm to appoint a Senior Partner to establish and scale its retained executive search platform across Asia.
This is a player-coach leadership role with a clear mandate: build a credible, high-impact C-Suite retained search practice from Singapore, serving clients regionally. You will combine business origination, senior advisory and team leadership to create a sustainable executive search platform with full backing from an established international infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead retained mandates for CEO, C-Suite, Board and senior regional leadership appointments.
- Advise Boards, CEOs and senior stakeholders on leadership hiring, succession and team build-outs.
- Originate and convert high-value retained search assignments across Asia.
- Define regional market positioning and client engagement strategy.
- Build and mentor a Partner-led team over time, shaping standards and culture.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record delivering retained executive search at C-Suite level.
- Credible and confident operating with Boards and senior leadership teams.
- Commercially strong with deep relationship capital.
- Motivated to build and scale a regional platform.
