We’re partnering with a high-growth boutique executive search firm that has built a strong reputation across the investment and technology ecosystem in Asia Pacific.

Following continued business growth, they’re looking to appoint a Senior or Principal Consultant to take ownership of a specialist market, partnering with founders, investors and leadership teams on mid to senior-level search mandates.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven 360 recruiter who enjoys business development, building long-term client relationships and becoming a recognised market specialist.

What They’re Looking For

• 3-8+ years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role
• Proven business development and billing success
• Strong commercial mindset and ownership mentality
• Experience in technology, startups, investment, private equity or other specialist markets is advantageous, though strong recruiters from adjacent sectors are encouraged to apply.
