We’re partnering with a specialist recruitment business that’s building a strong reputation within Japan’s chemicals, advanced materials and critical materials market.

This is an opportunity to join a boutique firm focused on quality over volume, working across contingency, retained and exclusive search assignments. You’ll build long-term client relationships while developing genuine expertise in a market driven by electric vehicles, semiconductors, batteries and advanced manufacturing.

We’re looking to speak with experienced recruiters (typically 5–15 years’ experience) who enjoy becoming true market specialists. Experience within chemicals, industrial, manufacturing or life sciences is advantageous, but strong 360 recruiters from other sectors with a proven track record of building trusted client relationships are equally encouraged to apply.
