A leading international organisation undergoing significant expansion across Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to build and lead its regional recruitment function from Bangkok.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing hiring strategies, partnering with senior stakeholders, building scalable recruitment processes, and supporting workforce growth across multiple APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Acquisition strategy across Asia Pacific
- Partner with senior business leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities
- Build and optimise recruitment processes, systems, reporting, and talent pipelines
- Develop and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
- Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction initiatives across the region
- Use market intelligence and recruitment data to drive hiring decisions and continuous improvement
Ideal Background
- Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition teams within engineering, construction, infrastructure, data centre, technology, or other complex project-based environments
- Strong regional hiring experience across multiple APAC countries
- Track record of building or transforming Talent Acquisition functions
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Commercially minded with a data-driven approach to recruitment
