Our client is a multinational organisation experiencing rapid growth and expanding operations across Asia Pacific. To support this momentum, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to be based in Bangkok and play a pivotal role in strengthening their regional recruitment capability.
This position will take ownership of hiring projects across Asia, with particular emphasis on roles in the engineering, construction, and data centre sectors. It requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment where priorities shift quickly and collaboration is key.
Reporting into the regional people team, the Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with senior stakeholders to shape recruitment strategies, manage full-cycle hiring, and ensure the business has access to the right talent at the right time. Beyond day-to-day recruitment delivery, the role also offers the chance to contribute to longer-term workforce planning and process improvements that support the organisation’s ambitious growth trajectory.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid track record in talent acquisition within engineering-driven industries (data centres, construction, infrastructure, or similar).
- Experience in either in-house recruitment or agency search, with proven success in managing end-to-end processes.
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and how talent needs evolve across different stages.
- Flexible, hands-on approach, with the ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to shifting business requirements.
- Previous exposure to regional recruitment across Asia Pacific is highly desirable.
