Our client, a fast-growing multinational organisation with ambitious expansion plans across Asia Pacific, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their regional team in Singapore.
This newly created role will support end-to-end recruitment across the region, with a particular focus on engineering-related hiring, including within the data centre and construction sectors. The successful candidate will demonstrate an agile, adaptable approach, able to pivot quickly in response to business needs and thrive in an environment that values pace, flexibility, and collaboration over rigid processes.
As part of a regional team of talent acquisition specialists, the Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver effective hiring strategies across the full project lifecycle. This is not a siloed role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage diverse and exciting hiring projects from start to finish, while contributing to the growth and capability of the organisation’s regional workforce.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition within engineering-related industries (data centres, construction, or similar).
- Background may be from in-house TA or agency recruitment, provided there is strong end-to-end delivery experience.
- Strong capability in end-to-end recruitment, from workforce planning to onboarding.
- Experience recruiting in project-driven environments, with an understanding of project lifecycle demands.
- Agile, flexible working style, able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth business.
- Regional experience across Asia Pacific preferred.
