A rapidly growing and fully bootstrapped European technology company is expanding its footprint across North Asia (China, Korea, Japan) and is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Beijing team.

The business is profitable, founder-led, and has grown without any VC investment. With exceptional global clients, strong revenue performance, and an ambitious expansion strategy, the company is now building out its in-market hiring capability in Mainland China.
The Opportunity
This is a permanent position where you will serve as the primary Talent Partner for China, supporting hiring across commercial roles such as:
- Customer Success
- Revenue & Sales (B2B)
- Partnerships
- Growth-oriented commercial positions

What We’re Looking For
- Based in Beijing (or willing to relocate)
- 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in tech or fast-growth environments
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge constructively
- Commercial mindset and experience hiring revenue-generating roles
- Highly adaptable, resilient, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Not too corporate; you work with speed, ownership, and accountability
- Able to start onboarding in February (preferred)
