With strong client partnerships in across Energy & Infrastructure and numerous opportunity to continue to scale and grow, the team is focused on strengthening existing accounts while expanding into new and developing markets across the region.

The Role
As Team Manager – Contracting Solutions, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of consultants, with plans to scale headcount over the next 24 months.

• Drive business growth across Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand.

• Oversee delivery excellence and margin growth across renewables, power, and grid.

• Contribute to team billings while preparing for a transition into a non-billing leadership role within 24 months.

• Play a hands-on role in expanding client accounts, particularly within Power/Grid, while deepening renewable energy partnerships.

Ideal Profile

• 1–2 years of people management experience, leading teams of 3+ consultants.

• Proven success in contract recruitment, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or technical markets.

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record in account development and margin improvement.

• Customer-focused mindset, balancing delivery excellence with new business growth.

• Ambition to progress into a senior, non-billing leadership role in the medium term.
