This is an opportunity for a proven Financial Services recruiter to step into a billing leadership role, combining individual performance with the opportunity to build and lead a team over time.

The Opportunity

• Broad remit across Financial Services (flexible across front, middle, back office / buy-side / sell-side / insurance)
• Strong regional platform with existing client relationships and inbound opportunities
• High degree of autonomy to define and grow your own market
• Competitive commission structure with strong earning potential
• Clear pathway into team leadership and market ownership

The Role

• Operate as a senior biller, managing and growing your own client portfolio
• Build and deepen relationships with Financial Services clients in Malaysia
• Leverage regional collaboration to maximise opportunities
• Identify and develop your niche within the market
• Over time, hire, mentor, and lead a team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record as a Financial Services recruiter
• Strong billing history and consistent performance
• Established network within your market
• Commercially driven with strong client engagement skills
• Ambition to step into a leadership role while continuing to bill
