The Opportunity

We’re partnering with an established, multi-sector talent firm that is looking for a senior technology specialist to take ownership of its technology offering. The practice already has strong momentum and a respected reputation. This is a chance to lead it, shape it and grow it your way.

You’ll report directly to the senior leader who built the practice from the ground up and is now stepping into wider brand responsibility. You can start as a senior individual contributor or step straight into a management role. The structure will be built around you, not the other way round.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the technology recruitment practice in Singapore with a regional remit
• Building senior client relationships and converting top-down connections into technology work
• Delivering senior and specialist mandates, from briefing through to offer, using the full suite of solutions
• Partnering on practice strategy, scaling delivery with a dedicated offshore team, and building the technology brand into the first name in regional tech talent

About You

• A genuine technology specialist who knows the market, the players and the talent
• A consultant at heart who prefers depth with a select group of clients over volume, and who designs solutions rather than just filling vacancies
• Comfortable with autonomy, able to lead when needed and still enjoy doing the work yourself
• Adaptable and energised by new service lines, and motivated by seeing your work shape the direction of the business
