About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter to join a market leader in the Asia Pacific Region.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment for high-value technology roles, with a focus on Cyber and Data, supporting leading clients across the region. This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly respected founder and gain exposure to marquee clients without the pressure of cold business development.
Core focus will be mid to C-Suite work avoiding high volume low level work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior technology roles across Asia.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates in Cybersecurity, Data, and related technology domains.
- Manage multiple search projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and speed.
- Provide guidance and insights to clients on market trends and talent availability.
- Optional opportunity to specialise in a niche technology area or expand into account management.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid understanding of the technology ecosystem across Asia, particularly Cyber and Data.
- Experience recruiting mid-career and senior-level professionals.
- Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple searches efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of professionalism, quality focus, and client orientation.
